Booking Conditions

  1. Price Guarantee

As soon as you have confirmed your booking and paid the deposit (or full payment if you wish), the cost of rental is guaranteed against further increase.  This guarantee is offered subject to our conditions of payment being met and providing no further amendments are made to your booking.

  1. Booking and Payment
    1. Deposit

A deposit of £100.00 per week will be required to secure your booking.  Full payment of account to be remitted at least 8 week prior to your booking date.  A reminder letter will be sent 10 weeks before. 

    1. Payment of the Balance

The balance of the rental fee is due at least 8 weeks prior to the commencement of the rental period.

If Booked less than 10 weeks before departure, the full sum becomes immediately payable. 

A security deposit will also be required in the sum of £200 at least 8 weeks before.  This is fully refundable once the management company has checked the property and confirms no breakages and the villa is left in a satisfactory condition.  Refund is done within 14 days of departure.  We reserve the right to treat booking as cancelled if full settlement is not received by due date.  Deposit will not be refundable.

  1. Rental Period

Check-in time is after 4.00 pm on first day of rental

Check-out time is before 11.00 am on the last day of rental

Any changes to these times will be made only after permission has been given by ourselves.  Without prior consent, early occupancy or late departure from the home will be subject to additional costs which will be deducted from the security deposit. 

  1. Terms of Rental

NO OTHER PERSONS other than those on the booking form may be allowed to stay at the property at any time during the period of renting.  Number of people not to exceed maximum for property (8).

Under no circumstances will any animals be allowed into the property.

A no smoking policy is in place in the property.  This must be adhered to at all time during the rental period. 

  1. Cancellation

The following charges will apply from the date of notification*

            Up to 56 days prior to departure – Deposit only

            28-55 days prior to departure – 50% of full rental cost

            Within 28 days of departure – 100% of full rental cost

*Should a replacement rental be found then a proportionate refund will be made

  1. Limitation of Liability

As the owners of the property we do not accept any responsibility or liability for any accident, injury, illness or damage sustained to any person or their property during the rental period or use of pool facilities, regardless of howsoever it may have occurred.

As owners we do not accept responsibility or liability for any failure of services in the home regardless of how it may have occurred.  However, in the event of a problem, the renter should inform our local management company who will endeavour to do everything within reason to rectify the problem.

As the owners we will not be liable for loss or delay caused by any of the following:- strikes, industrial dispute, riots, political unrest, hostilities, war or threat of war, terrorist activity, fire flood, technical/weather problems with transport, aircraft grounding, closure of airports or ports, weather conditions or any other event beyond the owners or our agents control.
